Help & getting started

Every button, every flow, every role — explained. Pick your path below.

If you're a learner

  1. 1
Find someone near you. Open the homepage map and allow geolocation. The closest five instructors and tenant organisations appear in seconds. Click any pin to read their public profile.
  2. 2
Create a free account. From any profile or course page, hit Create free account. You can also sign up directly. We never charge for discovery.
  3. 3
Browse and enrol. Filter the course catalog by topic, difficulty, price, and rating. Tap the heart on any card to wishlist it for later.
  4. 4
Take the quizzes and earn certificates. Quizzes auto-grade and give feedback. Finished courses issue a verifiable certificate you can share.
  5. 5
Talk to your instructor. Live chat channels and direct messages are built in. Follow instructors to get announcements automatically.

If you're an instructor

  1. 1
Complete your public profile. Bio, avatar, training-focus category, and location. Your profile is the page learners see when they click your pin on the map.
  2. 2
Turn on map sharing. Settings → Location lets you opt in to the homepage map. Coordinates are privacy-fuzzed before they leave the server.
  3. 3
Create or import a course. Use Create Course for a fresh build, or Import from Document for an existing structure. You stay the IP owner — see Transfer Ownership for explicit hand-offs.
  4. 4
Mind the org context. Each course is scoped to your personal space (no org) or a tenant org you teach in. The badge at the top of your course list shows which context you are looking at.
  5. 5
Talk to learners. Send announcements per course, reply to questions in the forum, message learners directly, and grade open-ended quiz responses from the grading queue.

If you run a tenant organisation

  1. 1
Create your org space. From your account settings, request an organisation. Once approved you get a tenant-scoped dashboard, public profile (at /o/your-slug/), members area, and branding controls.
  2. 2
Fill in your public profile. Logo, description, website, location. This is the page map-pin visitors and shared links land on — it is your conversion surface for new learners and prospective instructor partners.
  3. 3
Invite instructors and members. Members → Invite sends an email; the recipient accepts to join your org. Instructors stay content owners unless they explicitly transfer their courses.
  4. 4
Brand your space. Settings → Branding sets your logo, colours, and (where available) custom domain. Every page inside your tenant wears your brand.
  5. 5
Watch your numbers. The dashboard surfaces tenant-isolated KPIs: members, courses, enrolment, revenue flow per instructor, behaviour analytics.
